lalalala - Have decided what I'm doing. It definitely involves 2 of my favorite things - sparkles and profanity

Hey now. I'll gladly take the blame for you participating in such a joyous event. (Which we all might find extra useful this year I'm sure). You *know* you loved it as a newbie last year, didn't you?

Haha! It did definitely spread some Christmas cheer here for me and my boy. Also, I still have a bunch of glitter left to use, and some empty clear ornaments to put the received glitter in (aside from the stuff STILL embedded into my carpet ). Looking forward to it. Thanks for the nudge.

(P.S. - kindly direct any other kind of blame towards Tred).

Oh.. always. This is starting to feel like an unofficial Tredjack. I'm sure his ears will start burning soon enough.

I was just telling HT I was worried because we just got new carpet this year! I may have to figure out a new containment strategy.

So you don't want your carpet looking "sparkly new", WOES?

I know I still find some here and there from doing cards to send then opening those I get. Can only imagine what bringing maybe 50+ packages of them into the house, opening packages and handling each individual envelope, and repackaging them for the recipients might leave behind. Glitter understands how to evade the vacuum!

That’s a great way to look at it! Luckily I’m not glitter adverse. I am usually a pretty big offender of the glitter bomb so I have no one to blame but myself (well maybe Dragnheart ).

Well this year I'm doing something a bit different. So I'm stepping down as prospective Glitter Queen.

Heavy sigh. Looks like I picked the wrong year to cut down on glitter.

I'm in if you'll let me!!

I promise to set calendar alerts and alarms to check back for the list when it's ready so I can get my cards in on time.

The cards were one of the bright spots in a crappy year last year and since 2020 isn't looking so hot, I'd imagine this year's cards will bring even more MUCH NEEDED joy.

Last year I signed up, but due to a shit storm of “life”, I never sent my cards in.

But I did receive cards… Plenty of them! I think that was an oversight, because I know if you don’t send your cards in, you don’t receive cards.

Can I just take this opportunity to thank everybody that sent me a card!

I haven’t opened any of the cards because I did not feel worthy… Because I didn’t send mine.

What's Right. I did the same thing. OPEN THEM! I literally cried when I opened them. Each one was filled with love, possibly other fun things, and even made me laugh. SO SO good for the soul. But make sure you open them over something safe - I used a plastic tray to catch all of the glittery goodness.

Definitely join us, Little Russian!! We have had others in the past from there, Australia, Canada and maybe other places I don't know or remember.

There are instructions you will need for the cost of postage to send them out after the Elves sort them. You will not regret it! One of the best parts of SI!
