Haven’t been here in many many years. Came back to show a friend who just found out and to tell her about the amazing support that I got here that helped me get through everything. I’m gutted to learn of DS passing, she was such a light and inspiration to so many of us.

Love you DS, I still have your PMs - always both insightful and entertaining!!! You and MH turned what could have been a tragedy into a big positive for so many people. Tens of thousands of us.

I havent been on this site for years, though everyone here saved my life after dday and DS was a big part of that. ❤️ Im in the Woodlands this week staying on the Waterway where we had such a fun SI gathering w DS years ago. I drove past the hospital where we visited DS before she passed. I'm remembering how she loved Christmas. I was far from the closest to her but she still had such an impact on me.
Sending love to all who loved DS,and for those who didn't know her - she's the heart and soul of this place and we're all so lucky for that. ❤️🎄🎅

Hey persevere …
Although I was never able to meet DS in person I was fortunate enough to have many convo’s with her here. She was kind to have sent me a PM just before she left us. She was extremely helpful to me during my dark time. Hope all is well with you.

I was thinking of DS yesterday when my Facebook memories had my reaction 9 years ago to the news that she was gone. I still have our PMs including the one she sent that was unintelligible, followed up with one that said "Good drugs."
I share SI when it’s appropriate and I never know if my suggestion has been taken but all I know is this place saved my life and our marriage.
MH, you’ve been in my thoughts this week. Thank you so much for this refuge.
