Friday was the halfway point. Definitely feeling it now subtle skin changes and have a complex regimine to make sure it does not become a problem. However newest issue noticed yesterday for the first time is some difficulties swallowing feeling like there's something stuck. Very common issue. So taking nexium 2 times a day drinking my extra protein and peptides as it is supposed to keep strong and ability to tolerate it well.
Just doing a lot of nothing this weekend to recover enough to be ready for the week.

The heat has been pretty brutal supposed to break on Wed and honestly can't wait. Had the grand las weekend and set up a nice kiddie pool with his slide and a shade thing. It was great and sent him home fully exhausted

Just catching up on your story, and I’m sending so much strength and love your way. It’s a lot to hold—your own diagnosis, your friend’s dementia, your husband’s heart issues, and yet your spirit still shines with such resilience. May you keep finding moments of light and grounding, and may you feel the many of us here on SI cheering you on, even from afar.

If I lived nearby I'd come and take you to the pool, so we could be ladies of leisure and have some nice lunch in our lounge chairs poolside, while getting splashed with sprays of chlorinated water from kiddos diving off the boards. Don't forget to pack your baby oil sunscreen that we all used to use! (Not FDA approved for that purpose!!)

Take extra care of yourself this week!
