maybe someone can give some hope that it will get better if I stay, that all of these feelings will even out eventually and not consume me every singly day.

Whether you stay or go the feelings will definitely even out. I had a failed R with a non remorseful WS and my feelings leveled out at some point it was closer to the 4 or 5 year mark though. Of course every person is different, but the heightened anxiety and pain will lessen. I don't think the human body can handle it for so long and eventually will just numb it out which many refer to here as the Plain of Lethal Flatness. That is a whole other stage to get through.

While it is not guaranteed things will get better if you stay, it will become more clear to you that you want to stay or go. It is your choice and what you finally decide what is the best direction for you. Just keep taking care of yourself with self care and grace. You will get there!
