How To Break Your Addiction To A Person By Howard Halpern, PHD

Anyone else read this? This is really helping me organize my thoughts, although the phrase “infant attachment” creeps me out. I am not sure i buy into the theory that these traits/attachments are from infancy, but the behavior part and how to separate from those behaviors resonates with me.

Anyone else read this? Thoughts?

I read this over 25 years ago while going through a divorce----it helped me tremendously.

And I read it again recently while going through this recent shitstorm! You know how we say we are going to learn from our mistakes and all? Well, the universe is having a good ole chuckle now. The book's message applied (again).

Hopefully this will have been the last time I read that one. LOL
