By Russ Harris - a medical practitioner, psychotherapist, and expert on acceptance and commitment therapy. This book is amazing. I am only through the first step and I have managed to stop a lot of the mind movies that make me angry and depress me. I highly recommend this book for people who want to focus on their healing.

I am going to check that out. Maybe my WH won't see this book as an affront to his character. While I think he should see all of the books I have been reading as a sign of my efforts to heal and give him a chance to be the person he says he wants to be, he sees the books I am reading as a message to him that he should be reading all of these books, which he refuses to do. Although it would show me he cares if he found his own books to read, he would rather just be offended by my choices. What I am reading are the books recommended on SI.
