By Ana nogales. Has anyone read? It was recommended to me by a therapist friend. It's on the way but now I'm thinking why didn't I just buy it for my kindle!

Read it....it's a good read. Explains the psychologic consequences of having a cheating parent. It helped my behaviour a little because he pointed out things that we do (as BS or WS) that scare/harm children.

When I was finished, I gave it to WS (bc his mother had a lifelong open affair). It's good for adult children of cheaters to understand some of their mischigas.

I would recommend it, but it wasn't life-changing. But solid.
