* Fidelity: How to Create a Loving Relationship That Lasts by Thich Nhat Hanh

This is a very good book, full of wisdom. It may have written by a Buddhist teacher, it's not really religious, I am not buddhist or religious and I got a lot out of it.

I am currently in the middle of reading this book and am enjoying it. I also read his book "Fear". These are the first books I've read that are from the Buddhist perspective. I am going to ready some books by Pema Chodron next.
