MH, I just had SImplicity open and tried to access the profile of someone I am following by clicking their username under the "Following" list. I got a "this page cannot be found" 404 type error. The same happened for everyone on my follow/forget list.

so for those posts that are missing, they will show up whenever the script happens to catch them?

Not trying to sound attitudy or pushy here.

I'm talking Oct 2010 here, pretty sure it was in "general".

The ones that were missing should now be displayed. I processed the archives over the weekend.

Platinum users can now follow topics on the forums. Click the checkbox at the top of a topic you want to follow. A list of topics you are following will appear in your profile. There is a limit of 25 topics per profile. If you exceed the limit it will automatically delete the least active ones when you add new ones.

Are the follow topics listed (and deleted) in order that I add them, or most recently updated?

Ps - I'm now following this thread.

I upgraded to Platinum a few weeks ago and tried to read my archived posts tonight and got the following message:

h0peless currently has no archived messages. If you have just recently upgraded your archived posts should be available within a few days of your upgrade.

Any chance I could get access to them?

New Platinum Feature: Permanent Name Change

Platinum members now have the ability to permanently change your SI username once. This action will only affect your username. Your username will change everywhere including the archives and any other posting history. Your profile will display your old username along with your new one. (e.g., Username (previously oldUsername))

If you go to your profile you will now see a "Change" link next to your username. Once you change your name the link will disappear.

Will the username change stay in effect if someone later cancels their upgrade?

I'm not going to change because I love my name, just curious.

Ps - cool new feature!

Amazonia...

I don't know the answer to your question, but I'll direct MH in here today for you

mysticpenguin ...

If I'm not mistaken, Gold and Platinum levels increase your PM box to 80. But to verify, you can click on the red banner at the top of the main forum page and then on the Upgrade This Profile button. In there a drop down box will appear and you can read through what each upgrade level offers

philly - I found this note on my oldest posts page:

The SurvivingInfidelity.com® Archives date back to May of 2008. While there may be some threads that are older than 2008, there is no guarantee that something you are looking for prior to that date will be in the archives.

I have access to posts of mine from December 2007.
