I was reading the other thread about affair anthems and got to thinking about what songs I associate with my experience. What comes to mine are these:
"Blue" by LeAnn Rimes: my "OMG, somebody gets how I am feeling!" song and
"One Way Ticket" also by LeAnn Rimes: after reading about the 180 I realize this is my 180 theme song.
So, in the spirit of doing a 180 on the affair anthems thread, what is your 180 theme song?

I haven't heard Blue in years. It's an emotional one.
One song that spoke to me post-infedelity was Tina Turner I Don't Wanna Fight.

I just mentioned this song in the affair anthems thread, but I suppose it works better here.
Sorry by Beyonce is absolutely a song about reclaiming your strength/power and focusing on yourself after betrayal - which for me was absolutely what the 180 was about (I was reconciling but I also knew that there was a very real chance that R would not be possible).
I cannot tell you the number of times I sang these lyrics:
Middle fingers up, put them hands high
Wave it in his face, tell him, boy, bye
Me: BS. Him: WS.
D-Day: Feb 2017 (8 m PA with married COW).
Happily reconciled.
